Before I get started, let me remind you that building an email database is not the same as building a responsive email listing.
It is easy to build an email list. All you have to do is offer a "bait", which is a brief report or audio or video that shares a tip or two about the niche you are working in, on your opt-in page. This will entice your prospects to sign up immediately (filling out their first name and email address). Once they sign up, you'll send them the "bait", via email. This is how you build an email list.
Building a responsive email mailing list takes more than simply asking your prospects to sign up. This article will share 5 key tips to help you create a responsive email mailing list.
These 5 tips will help you get your subscribers to reply to any email that you send. This includes clicking on any links in the emails to purchase any products/services that you recommend.
1. Follow up immediately after someone opts-in
Remember that the primary reason someone signs up for your email list is to get "bait" from you marketing lists.
You must ensure that your prospect opts-in (and confirms his/her subscription) immediately and send an email with the link to the "bait", which you promised on your opt-in page.

2. Regularly send emails to your subscribers
This doesn't mean that you should send your subscribers a lot of emails in one day. I recommend sending them an email about every 3-4 days.
If you are sending more than one email per day to your subscribers, it is best not (unless there is an urgent matter that you must inform them immediately).
3. Combination of informational and promotional emails
People don't like being sold to constantly so please do not do this. You should send both informational and promotional emails.
If you're unsure what type of informational emails to send, you can send them "how to" emails that show how to do certain tasks. Tips emails are where you share with them some tips or tricks on how to simplify a task.
Promotional emails are emails that you send to promote a product/service you either own or are an affiliate of.
The next question is how many informational (and/or promotional) emails should you send. I recommend sending 1 to 2 promotional emails for every 3 to 4 informational email messages.
4. Encourage Response/Communication
Here are some things you can do in order to get a response from subscribers
